I would give Perfect Pess cleaners -1 stars if possible. Let's begin by saying Perfect Press cleaners is FAR from perfect, so you should sue them just for false advertising. Tomorrow is my senior prom, and they ruined my $525 dress. I went in a few weeks ago for a basic hem because I was tripping over the end of my dress. I was APALLED when I picked it up to find my dress was more than 3 inches off the ground. As I cried, my mom called and demanded a refund and for it to be fixed. When I dropped it back off, they informed me that they would call when it was ready. The DAY before my prom (today), I still had not been notified my dress was done. Being stressed, I gave THEM a call, when for some reason I was calmly told they THREW MY EXTRA FABRIC OUT AND MY DRESS COULD NOT BE FIXED. I paid $60 for the work, and they wrote my mom out a check for $40 as if they deserved my other $20. They can take that $20 and shove it up their ass, because now my senior prom is ruined. Never bringing anything here again, and will be sure to egg the windows on my next drive through Haddon Heights.
