Michael is amazing first off! My fiance and I are very pleased with the quality of service. I would never buy jewelry anywhere else but this Jewelers. Michael helped me design my engagement ring just what I envisioned but better! Johnny the service manager was very helpful, great customer service, and really went above and beyond. Excellent gemologist! Totally recommend this Jeweler! I would also like to add the experience was so excellent and I loved that Michael and Johnny both were personable and really went the extra mile with all of their help for over the last month. Definitely deserve more than 5 stars.
Great experience at Michael's again! Three days before Christmas I brought a broken watch purchased somewhere else years ago. Johnny fixed it on the spot while I waited. I've bought jewelry there before because it's so convenient (no mall traffic), and the selection is beautiful and very current. I love that this store is local. Great prices, even better service. No reason to buy jewelry anywhere else!

This cozy, local jewelry shop is wonderful. About 8 years ago, I took my grandmother’s wedding and engagement rings to Michael. He said he could repair it in its current condition and be able to wear it only on special occasions or melt down the gold and use the diamonds to form a new ring. I chose to have a new ring made so that it could be worn everyday. Michael showed me many options and we were able to personalize the ring to my taste. Now I take my ring back every so often to get it cleaned and checked. The service is great and the work is done quickly.
