HORRIBLE!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. I have wasted $30 just in shipping and still don't have a uniform that fits my child. The sizing charts are significantly skewed and when I called to figure out a solution, got a CHRIS that was rude, disrespectful, and totally unhelpful. When I say the child sizes are skewed, I'm talking a little. My son is 4'3 and weighs 58 pounds, wears a child size 8. The first uniform I purchased said for size 8, and fit up to 60 pounds. It didn't even go past my son's knees! So I sent back (paid more shipping fees) and reordered and this time one that says fits "4’4″ – 4’5″ (Child Size 10-12) 60-85 lbs-- clearly all of those numbers are more than my son. Well, it is still 4 inches too short on him. It is not a little skewed, but a lot! I was told "we just use the manufactures sizing charts. You can order a new one" and "sorry that you feel this way, but its not our fault you ordered the incorrect size". Wish I could give 0 stars.

I go here for my knives all the time. I work in construction and go through many due to the nature of their use. I love the prices here and the quality of their products. I've found the same knives at Walmart and Dick's for $25 less here. They have a wide selection that are worth the money you pay.

This company is full of disrespectful liars, placed an order through their website for some gi's, was informed via email that they would ship shortly. Received the order missing 7 pieces and when I called to explain that no one had informed me we were going to be short shipped I was met with an extraordinarily curt response that this was my fault for not calling to check stock, rather than their fault for not informing me and that it was company policy to lie to people about the availability of items and then just short ship, oh but don't worry they will have the item I ordered in just over a month and will ship it then so I get to pay for shipping twice on the same order and wait a full month...gee thanks. They then said I could ship the order back to them, on my dime mind you, if I didn't want it and all this after they charged my company nearly $50 worth of shipping that was not included on my original bill to ship me 29 gi's, when I ordered 36, from within New Jersey. If you value transparency and any sort of customer service, stay far away from this company full of crooks and liars.

I have used the Martial Arts Super Market for 7 years and have always had excellent service. The Staff are great whether on the phone or in person and very helpful in obtaining what I need. I highly recommend using them for your Martial Arts Supplies.

I was told by this Chris, that he is only one in the store and no one else could help me. Good luck with that...wow. I can't believe how awful. There is no way he would have felt that smug and disrespectful if he was talking to someone in person.

Are you for real? You might want to check with your guy who answers the phone then, I was told NOV 17th, a month by my math but if that's two weeks by all means. And by the way I got a quote on shipping, that's how I know you cheated me. You still can't even be apologetic after dropping the ball so badly, you should be ashamed but instead you choose to defend your terrible business practices like anyone else in the world does business this way. Who doesn't inform someone that they are out of something that they order? "Oh sorry, we are out of the item you ordered, do you want to replace it with something else or can you wait until the item is in?" and you're saying that's too much to expect? Get real man, it would have taken a two minute phone call or 1 email to resolve this issue correctly and instead your company chose to LIE to me saying my order would be shipped with no mention of it being incomplete, and then gave me no good resolution instead just saying "that's how we do things". Looks like other people here have had a similar experience with your "customer service" so you really think that this is everyone else's fault. or maybe your the problem?
